Join us in supporting Dylan's Rare Chromosome Dream Team Inc., as we raise funds to further research and increase awareness of Rare Chromosome and Gene Disorders. Inspired by the brave journey of three-year-old Dylan Nikol, we founded this organization to shine a light on the rare and little-understood condition of 6p duplication (partial trisomy 6). With extremely limited research and scarce literature available, Dylan's story embodies the spirit of others who navigate the unknowns of chromosomal disorders, as the impacts on development and health remain predominantly unknown.

Our mission is to inform, support and alleviate the isolation of anyone affected by a rare chromosome disorder, copy number variant or single gene disorder associated with learning disability/developmental delay and to raise public awareness. Attend Our Event
Ticket sales are NOW OPEN! Our Second Annual Fundraiser Event will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at the Piermont in Babylon, NY. It promises to be an evening full of fun, food, open bar, and great prizes! You can also make a monetary donation of any size on our website.
